28th May 2021 - After discussions with our local councillor, Lynn Denham, and our MP, Robin Walker, we are delighted to inform you that we have their support towards our leasehold enfranchisment.

  • Lynn Denham is working for us to raise the profile of the Leasehold issues within Worcester Council.
  • Robin Walker has written to the Minister of State, Lord Greenhaigh, sharing our concerns. Both have indicated their support within the Government for reform of the Leasehold system.

    15th May 2021 - We have Incorporated our RTM Company

    ....Aston Court RTM Company Limited now formally files our Claim using our service company RTMF.


    27th April 2021 - After sharing and discussions, the owners in Aston Court have voted on whether they wish to claim their Right To Manage

    Conditional Reply 1 2.5%

    ....So a resounding vote in favour of claiming our Right To Manage.
    We now formally file our claim using our service company RTMF.
